Anyone else having problems getting into their UB account online? I tried to login twice & now it's asking me for my account number etc. I'm 99.9% sure I did put in the correct details - anyone else experience problems today?
Thanks for that - I didn't go thru the wholle procedure the site directed me to - I didn't want to mess up my details - don't know what to do now! Maybe just leave it until tomorrow & see if I can get in then. I'm not getting any compo & just wanted to top up my phone, it's very frustrating - again!
