Probate Statement of Affairs SA.2 Form

Starting the probate process for my mum's estate. I'm sole beneficiary so I'm going to DIY it.

For the SA.2 form it is asking for value of assets - property and bank accounts. Will the banks give me these details without grant of probate or can I estimate them? I have contacted the banks but they are slow to respond (bar Credit Union, replying on a Saturday, amazing!)

You should contact the Bereavement Unit in each bank.
