This is one for the legal eagles. Is it true if a will names three execeutors -that only two are recongised by the Office Of Probate ?. If this is the case - how is it decided which two are chosen ?. Thanks
 
The three go down to the Probate Office and are quizzed on general knowledge and current affairs. The top two after 10 questions are appointed. There is a tie-break question in the event of a tie and the President of the High Court asks this.
 
Sorry, Stifster, I'm going to have to pull you up on this one - you never mentioned the penalty shoot out which, as I understand ( and obviously open to correction on this one) involves the Supreme Court also.
