Hi,

Just looking for some advice on filling this out. My father in law passed away and left everything to his wife so it should be straightforward.
Couple of single and joint accounts to transfer into wife's name and one property.

Just wanted to confirm you fill in all bank account details then leave beneficiary details blank all assets to a person's wife are exempt.

Can you also put a rough estimate on the value of the property as it's not going to be sold just transferred into her name. I have the forms for that also.

All advice appreciated.

Great thanks for that I just fill these in as normal and don't put any beneficiaries down for tax as his wife would be exempt.
