Private Selling/Buying - web site?

With everyone giving out about Auctioneers, i'm suprised there aren't more people selling privately... or are there?

Is there a good website dedicated to private sellers - Daft used to do it a few years ago, and a friend bought a great house privately that way, but it seems to be only agents advertising there now.

Any other websites that are worth looking at?

I recently recieved info that sellmyhome.ie is now only concentrating on Spanish properties. I did receive several enquiries when my house was up there but after I actually sold it, they took their time removing it, after numerous requests

I think you pay a nominal fee to advertise it on the website.

They don't seem to have too many properties for sale (81 when I looked today) - Hardly any at all in Dublin (7).
