Hi all,
Very briefly, I purchased a car privately which was descibed as perfect and seller sold the car as having stamped service history including the 2 most recent stamps from local manufacturer garage. I contacted said garage and they have not serviced the said vehicle and have never employed the two signatures that accompany the stamps.
These have obviously been falsified and I believe this to be fraud.
What are your thoughts folks ? Any course for action ? Or at very least the treat of action ?
