i'm looking into buying my first home..budget is low. saw priory hall on myhome.ie - one bed apartment 225,000..sound fairly cheap to me! does anyone know why they seem to be cheaper than other evelopments in the area?

it's because the builders are a joke and have been on site for ages and are still finishing off sections, they are 1.5 - 2 years late finishing parts of the development and some have got fed up and sold on. For what its worth i think the area and location is good and you could have a bargain at that price, as long as you are happy with the finish of the block

cheers for that....heard there were probs with the builders completing alright...just thought there might be another reason behind it!
