Take my advice and just pay the tax.Whether its 50 percent or 100 percent it will end up costing you money.I,m like thousands of other investors, if I could turn back the clock and just pay the tax on the rental income , it would cost me less.
agree walk a mile ...can you see a significant upside in carrick 2021 ...if not ...then walk away ...the tax advantage is great but at the end of the day the fundamentals on the house investment should have been primary aim ...
