Print our names on the petal of FRESH roses ??!!

Has anyone of you came across this before ? Have you ever seen it in Ireland or even abroad ?
A friend passed this web site on to me www.printapetal-ireland.com and recommended those crowd for my wedding . Is it a fascinating and novel idea or it looks awfull ?
My wedding's florist never heard about them before , she told me she will check with them if I can get flowers printed with both of our names with the wedding date .

I heard as well they do print on fresh petals .

Let me know your opinion please

Sorry Club man , I didn't mean to upset you , but this is a genuin post .

I'd second the tacky opinion. It sounds naff and a complete waste of money. I hate ostentatious weddings. It riles me that we live in a society where some family struggle for basics, while other people worry about whether or not to print their names on rose petals.

But if you like it go for it! Each to their own and don't worry about what others think.

Thanks for your feedback , but What do you mean by " desperate tack" ?

The same thought comes into my head every time I see a hearse with 'Decko' etc in flowers displayed out the window.

Think of all the possible meanings, now select the worst one.

If you are going to the bother of including something beautiful that nature has provided, don't balls it up. However, if you would be comfortable with plastic flowers, then by all means this sounds like a good idea.

NO! NO! NO! They really do look tacky. Hope I'm causing no offence when I say this, but it's like what you would expect to see at a WAGS wedding. Don't do it.

Well, there's "good tack" and "bad tack"..then there's desperate "tack" altogether! Let's just say that "printed flowers" wouldn't be to my taste or liking; what's the point?

I'm with you there but seriously you could say the same about nearly everything unnecessary in modern society.
If someone has earned the cash its their business how they spend it really.

Tacky maybe, but there is a bit of a "wow" factor to them. At least i thought so when I looked at them on the website.

Unless they ask for an opinion in an internet forum...
