Prices of things in ireland 1972

Does anyone know of a website that shows prices of things(e.g. house, car, milk, beer etc) in ireland 1972?

Doing a project and cant find anything relating to Ireland.

The CSO website has details of the [broken link removed] for past years which reflects the cost of a representative "basket of household goods" in case that helps? This is the normal measure of consumer price inflation year on year although HICP (in simple terms the CPI excluding mortgage costs) is also used in certain situations.

Also on the CSO webite, if you look at Table 15.4 here it gives the value of the Pound then in todays euro equivalent: [broken link removed]

gives you data (irish or us) for a birthdate you could try that (not sure how offical it is or correct! as it only compares the year to 2004)
