Price of New Build Apartments

I was just wondering the asking price on a new build is this set or can there be any room for negotiations?

Firstly I would arm myself with as much info as possible, in particular how much are second hand appts in the area asking? (& how much are they likely to sell for based on that asking) Don't forget there's no stamp duty. A developer might not want to drop the price, in which case I would negotiate on extras, e.g. tiles, kitchen, appliances, also perhaps on management fee. Or failing that, walk. Supply seems to be "healthy" at the moment. Good luck.

What I was trying to get across, rather than buy in a mixed developement, see if you can get a second hand house with no management fees.
