Prepaid credit card

Hi,

I'm planning on applying for a prepaid credit card, because I need a MasterCard but don't feel the need to get a "real" credit card. So far I found a good card on the tuxedo prepaid website. Does anyone have any other recommendations?

Moneybookers.com have a prepaid Mastercard available.
Annual charge of €10 and no top up charges.

I've been happy enough with Neteller, which can be used completely f.o.c. if you top up via bank transfer (2 days), "withdraw" only by using the card for purchases, online or in a shop, and remember to use it at least once a year (more [broken link removed]).
