Q qs222 Registered User Messages 15 26 Jul 2011 #1 Looking for some advise / opinions. I pre-paid on mortgage for almost 2 years so therefore am now in a better position than the Bank would have originally expected. Now looking for a short-term moratorium for personal reasons but the Bank is taking months to respond to the request. Any opinions. A friend mentioned given the pre-payments made it should not be an issue and I should quote Consumer Credit Act -- any ideas? Thanks in advance Last edited: 27 Jul 2011
