Considering contacting recruitment agency in relation to position with this company (part of Prudential). I have experience of working with U.S. multinational for a number of years (including living in the U.S.) so this certanly seems to be a good fit. Any feedback on this company? My understanding is that it is possible to spend six months on site and then work from home - has anyone done this or heard of anyone they know doing this? Is this six month stint open to some flexibility (i.e. shorter time). I would appreciate ANY feedback on this. Regards.

Why go through a recruitment agency when you can apply direct?

Hi - I had considered that but I wanted to sort of 'sound out' someone before applying. The recruiter may be able to provide information on how other employees have been accommodated (insofar as working from home) that the HR department may not want to reveal. Also, I can run through salary expectations with them. Having been out of the country a number of years and looking for a position in a different part of the country to where I used to work, I'd like to get some realistic idea of salary ranges. Also, a lot of larger companies now prefer to deal with recruitment agencies as they will scan through any c.v.s received and (hopefully) present those most relevant.
If anyone has any experience directly or indirectly with this company I'd appreciate some info!
