Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has any experience of investing in Prague. What is the outlook for this part of the world and would it be worth looking into as an investment opportunity. I would presume that most of the capital appreciation on property has occurred before now and investors who were on the scene in the early '90's would have done well. Any idea of yields etc.?

All feedback much appreciated.

Yes, the growth has already happened, although long term there still will be some. For the last year or so growth has been around 5% at best, on good property in popular locations. As in most of CEE, rental isn't easy, it can be quite hard to let a property, unless it's in the very centre (now, property in the centre is quite expensive to buy of course). Yields (if you manage to rent a property) are 4-5% usually.
