What kind of an area is prague 4 ?

Does it have a good rental market?

Is it considered an attractive area in general to live in?

There is a new development on sale completed in 18 months time called forest park in an area cqalled libus.
Prices are 40,000 Cz / sq. mtr.

Anyone familiar with this area?

It is not a bad area, however with regards to the rental yields I would go into the downtown.
