Anybody have any ideas as to the practical implications of this Statutory Instrument for Solicitors. It's about Energy ratings for new houses and apartments and eventually all houses if I'm reading it right?
Not so much impact on solicitors as on their clients. Clients will be responsible for adhering to regulations presumably reinforced by Architect/Engineers reports.
