Hi

So my PPR is cross secured with a buy to let does the code of conduct still apply?

PP Cross secured

My PPR and buy to let are on a single loan cross secured, I know this was a stupid set up but suggested by account manager at time. Bank is now trying to say that code does not apply.

Its on a single loan, it was supposed to be short term and my account manager at the time suggested it!!
