My wife is unwell and would like me to take over her directorship in a business for the forseeable future. I am already a director in other businesses so understand my legal duties. Can I take over her duties under a legal power of attorney? can the existing directors block me from attending directors meetings if I have the POA? Am I entitled to receive missing documents which have been mislaid because of my wifes illness?
