Powder-coated aluminium windows

Does anybody have powder-coated alumninum windows of the type normally used in commercial applications, quite thick, boxy frames? I was thinking of getting them in grey for a new extension but was warned that there is more condensation than with PVC. I want them for a modern look and no maintenance.

I don't know about the condensation but powder coating is a technique and tells you little about the paint. Get the spec from the supplier and Google it.

You need to ensure that aluminium frames are "thermally broken" in order to avoid condensation on the internal face; this option should be available from most suppliers, although such frames cost rather more.
