Post Covid19 dangers

I am concerned about the large cohort of older people who were, up until this current crisis, accustomed to eating out many times a week.
If the restrictions are lifted in a month or so is there a danger of these poor souls eating themselves to death this side of Christmas?

They didn't call them "Poor Auld Fellas" for nothing! I hope the pension (contributory) will keep me in fine fettle (already more or less debt free), but my pension advisers are not inclined to give me that comfort. A lot of "lorrying of cash" to be done to have anything to talk about to go with the contrib...
