I currently live in NJ and am interested in returning to Ireland but I have some concerns, so don't want to give up everything I have worked for here until I am sure that I will be able to settle permanently in Ireland. With that in mind, I am trying to come up with some unconventional ways of doing this. I own a 2 bedroom townhouse (within 10 mins of the Jersey Shore, Red Bank & also about 40 mins to Jersey Gardens and 45 mins to NYC by train) & would like to get opinions on the possibility of setting up a timeshare situation for Irish people to use my townhouse when they come to the US on their "shopping expeditions"! Any advice or suggestions in this regard would be greatly appreciated. (Please forgive me if I have not posted this in the correct place.
