Portugal Social Security Tax - Transfer to Ireland?

I have been working in Portugal as an Irish citizen, on the pre-2024 NHR tax agreement, since Feb this year.
I plan to work here for a number more years.
The payment towards Social Security here is a loft 11%.

I have heard it may be possible to move this 11% towards my Irish payments, anyone know if this is possible?

It would help with one of the disadvantages to my setup, which is the stoppage of contribution to my state pension stamps.
