Just a quick warning to anybody hoping to buy a house in the glen kilinacourt.
We recently signed our contracts for a 3 bed semi in this development on friday and after looking over the specifications found out that the heating is actually oil instead of gas fired as advertised on the websites and in the brochure. there also makes no mention of the phone points tv points or level and seeded gardens fireplace or internal painted walls as advertised although i assume this will be sorted out with the snaglist.

There are loads of developments in portarlington at present,and you are in the driving seat,don't be rushed into buying,signing based on the pressure treatment from the sales agent.If your not happy re think your decision it's your money,suprised about the gas as it's been in portarlington for years now.

I just signed contracts for 101 the glen Kilnacourt. Did you get any timeline for completion yet of the houses? We bought through Matt Dunne Estate Agents.
