Hello IT experts,
In ROS (Revenue Online Service) inbox I can't open some messages.
The message I get is that a pop-up window has been blocked. Normally I right click these messages and solve from there, but this message appears on the bottom of the screen and this option is not available.
I've also turned off pop-up blocker in internet options and I've also made ROS a trusted site -all with no success.
My IT guy says it's not the firewall but ROS say it might be.
It's not the end of the worls if I can't sort it, but.....
Anyone any ideas.
