Popup window blocked

Hello IT experts,

In ROS (Revenue Online Service) inbox I can't open some messages.

The message I get is that a pop-up window has been blocked. Normally I right click these messages and solve from there, but this message appears on the bottom of the screen and this option is not available.

I've also turned off pop-up blocker in internet options and I've also made ROS a trusted site -all with no success.

My IT guy says it's not the firewall but ROS say it might be.

It's not the end of the worls if I can't sort it, but.....

Anyone any ideas.

Is there a public link to this behaviour or do you have to be logged into ROS?

No public link - it's in my own inbox.

The same thing actually happens with the contact locator on Rev website but persistance (click 3 or 4 times) overcomes this problem - doesn't work in ROS though.
