Polish Property Resale Tax (formerly CGT)

I am getting mixed repotrs as to whether you are liable for a 10% charge on the sales price if you sell within 5 years.
On some websites it says you have to pay this - other sites say this has been abolished since jan 1 2007.
Can anyone confirme please ?

Also - I've read the 10% is paid on the sales price.
Surely the main on teh Capital gain no?

Again - confirmation would be great.

What are you talking about? Property? Property in this country or abroad? Your PPR or an investment property?

Its a property Resale tax not CGT.

I think this was replaced by CGT which is charged at 19% from 1/1/07.
