Polish Property management company needed.

I own an apartment in the town of Swidnica in Poland. I am having terrible problems with the agency who are managing it. Not recieving rent and poor communication.
My questions are.
Is there an Irish company that specializes in property managemnet in Poland?
Can anybody recommend a good agency in Poland ?

Did you by anychance buy those apartments in Swidnica that was at the expo in the Raddisson hotel that time few years ago?

Swidnica is like a hole at the end of the world, I was told by friends not to buy there.
