Polish company. Best way to set this up

I am in the process of setting up a company in Poland. This is a limited company based there. The capital is coming from Ireland. I have heard there is a way to set this up through the Netherlands and reduce the tax liability. Does anyone know if this is possible and could put me in contact with someone in the legal / accounting profession who could do this.
 
We set one up through a local Notary in Kracow - never heard the Netherlands angle, things are a little paperwork heavy there, but simple enough.

just to to satisfy my curiosity, what kind of business Irish people would like to set up in Poland?
