Has anyone heard of this development in Murcia, Spain. It's seemingly built around several golf courses, some of which were designed by the Nicklaus family. I'm tied between a sale and leaseback in a ski resort (see Le Salt Lake in LEs Arcs - how do I create a link to this) or an apartment/duplex in Spain or somewhere similar where I can make use of my investment as well as getting some return on it.

Murcia is a charming small city south and inland from Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. Airport nearby with direct flights from Ireland and UK. Ryanair use it. The area outside of the city is very arid and it is here that they are building the resorts. There is another one there promoted by Johann Cruyff - it is called something with a Latin name - ends in 'um.

Personally, I think an investment in one of those resorts might be better for rental than any one of thousands of apartments in nearby Torrevieja, if a little sterile.
