Im thinking of investing in warsaw, i have researched it a lot and think its the place to buy at the moment. The development is in Wilanow, does any one have any more info on it??? Or do you think its a good idea at all?

I've been looking at Warsaw recently. As you probably know already Willanow is an upmarket district and likely to be rented well to high end tenants. I got the impression Warsaw as a capital city is a better bet than Krakow which investors seem to favour I guess for its tourist appeal. Which development(s) in Willanow have you been looking at?

Perhaps if you post some of the numbers that you have crunched as part of your research then people can make some useful/informed comment?

Forget wilanow its miles out. Goto Mokotow expect up to 800 euros rent on 180K.
