Anyone with an interest in Polish apartments?
I have a place in Warsaw in which the developer has hiked the annual management service charge up.
Am interested in any views others would have on how the management system works in Poland.
Am used to the 'residents committee' scrutinising the accounts on a yearly basis. Any similar system in Poland?
