Health Insurance PM 1011 looks like a better alternative to PMI 5310?

Trying to look for a similar policy to PMI 5310, that offers better value. With PMI 1011, while there is a slightly higher inpatient excess, and €15 less per dental visit, there is no family excess on day to day expenses, and the policy is cheaper.
I am looking for a policy with semi-private accommodation in a private hospital, that covers day to day expenses..and would appreciate any insight.
