HI All, IM CONVERTING MY UNDERSTAIRS CLOAKROOM INTO A DOWNSTAIRS TOILET AND i WANT TO KNOW APPROXIMATLY HOW MUCH A PLUMBER WILL CHARGE. i HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT THE CISTERN/ BOWL / WASH HAND BASIN, AND THE PIPES ARE ALREADY THERE. THERE ARE BLANKS SCREWED TO THE TOPS OF THE EXISTING PIPEWORK. SO REALLY ALL THE PLUMBER HAS TO DO IT FIT THE PARTS
