Can anyone recommend a registered plumber & elec to inspect wiring/plumbing of an old hse in Dublin 12/10 area - One that wont cost an arm and a leg!
The bank want a compliance cert before it proceeds.
Ive rang a few but no-one has come back to me yet. Im looking to get them done on Tuesday as Ive to arrange apt with EA and I want to get it done asap.
What would be the expected price for this type of thing?
