Moreso, other people have been able to sign contracts and started moving into the development obviously without this being an issue for them. Anyone I have spoken to have said that their solicitor told them not to worry about the registration and that it will be sorted in a few months.
Perhaps yours is the only solicitor really doing their job in protecting your interest. What guarantee do you have that the builder will complete this? What if they don't and you're left with a property you might struggle to sell?
