Please advise me on where to invest with following criteria...

Hi guys. I'm looking for advice on possibly investing in foreign property.

My budget is between 70 - 85k EURO.

MY CRITERIA

Property in a location where there's guaranteed rental income, so a city centre.

Rental income 350EURO+ PM.

I see there's some possibilites in Dublin... but looking for more locations I haven't thought of, thanks.

You'll buy a cash producing Condo in the USA for much less than you have available, in fact you'll possibly buy two at current dollar / euro exchange rates , talk to a foreclosure specialise and know who you are dealing with.
