Ordered 3 DVD's last night (3 for ST 15) & when I went to the checkout,I was charged ST17.97. I've looked,but I couldn't find a way to contact them to sort it.Anyone any ideas? I have to say I've NEVER had a problem with them before.
I know it's slightly different but I returned an item that was delayed in the post and there was no problem. My credit card was refunded within 5 days. There is a return address on the invoice you receive inside the package so when you do get your dvd's you can write a quick note and explain what happened. I would advise you to click on the "my account" button on play.com and print off the transaction details so you can have a record.
