After having a great holiday in sunset resort pomorie am thinking of buying any suggestions on best way to go about it, and any idea of prices, any information would be very helpful as im new to buying abroad.

As a start you might just type Sunset Resort into the search bar above and take a look at what comes up. This development has been discussed in some detail on AAM before on many occasions.

Hey,

I bought a property in Building C -- First Phase.

Platinum developments - [broken link removed]

Seems only Phase 2 is now available -- i would rather phase 1 and in building C.

These guys have resales in building C (Think they bought a load of them awhile ago).


The one in Building C for 105 is great value I think.

I am over there next week on holidays aswell (cant wait) -- let me know if you want\need any further advise.

I'm willing t bet that everyone in this resort would love to be able to sell - at any price. In fact, make that any holiday 'investment' property in Bulgaria (or Morocco, Cape Verde, Egypt etc.etc.).

Stands back and waits for the flack - but little in the way of contradictory hard facts !.

You are so right there.

I bought in Puerto del sol in the Canary Islands. Paid 120 probably worth 65!! Yep would love to sell, if I can stop kicking myself long enough!!

At least the one in the Canary Islands is worth something! Irish buyers paid up to FOUR times the market price for some apartments at the height of the Bulgarian madness.
