Plaster Coving

Hi,
I am looking for someone to put up plaster coving in my sitting room and hall. I have priced the coving. I am wondering would a painter/decorator or plasterer be needed for this job - as I am getting conflicting advice. Anyone know of someone good in the Enfield area -Maynooth/Lucan may travel to me! How much might it cost?

if you are any good at DIY, do it yourself. Use tile cement or plaster dab adhesive. Techniques depends on whether part of new build or retro fit, complexity of cove etc.
