planning to buy

Hi guys,

I had a glance at the site and i found loads of useful info.

I'm planning to apply for a mortgage sometime this year. I'm on 30k and i was looking to buy something with the value of 120k. I've a lease contract on my and my roomates name till the end of the year and 300 euro rent is coming out of my account each month. Also i've 500euro going in a saving account each month for the past 6 months, plus arround 1k unspent money left in my account every month. Never had a loan, credit card is payed (didn't miss any payements in the past year), i'm single with no children and i've been with the same employer for the past 4 years.
Also i was wondering if any1 would have a ideea of how much the legal paper work might cost on this value.

As a very rough rule of thumb, I'd say allow around €2,000 all-in for legal costs of purchasing a property. You'll also need to have saved 8 - 10% of the purchase price as a deposit.

i'll give it another month to make sure i'm covered. Hopefully my application will b succesfull. Thanks for the reply sir!
