Planning Permission

I applied for planning permission which was granted with conditions. My neighbours applied for planning permission with the same drawings (diff arch) and got granted with no conditions. Can anyone tell me if this is allowed?

yes it is...

every site and every application is different.. even if the sites are side by side...

interested to know how you managed to use the sam edrawings but different architects though.... major copyright issues there!!!
