Hi all,
I am considering extending my house in Clonsilla. It's a 3 bed dormer with a ground floor 'extension' with no 1st floor floorspace above it (built at time of construction so not an extension legally!) so I can theoretically extend the rear above this 'extension' and build up the back walls of the rest of the house to take advantage of the (currently) attic space in the eaves area of the back of the house.
I had a look at Fingal's planning guidelines and I think I might be exempt but I want to get confirmation from them. I'm going to arrange a pre-planning discussion with a planner but here's the ting-what kind of stuff do I need to bring? Ok, a map of the area, I have the land registry folio thingy with my house marked on the map, some photographs and a basic CAD drawing of the existing and proposed development. Is this enough though?
