Hi I was just wondering how likely would it be to be granted planning permission to build in a back garden of a detatched bungalow in kildare. The house was once in the country but is now backing onto a housing estate and has another housing estate on one side. Access to rear would have to be a by a seperate driveway running along side current House to the rear and the space is roughly 1000sqm. Any thought much appreciated.
All will depend on the site location, surroundings, access, etc. Talk to a planner in the local authority and they'll give you a good indication of whether you're wasting your time or not.
