Hi all,
I have noticed a Planning Notice for a Change Of Usage from Retail Unit to Takeaway in the window of a unit under an Investment Property we own.
I have issues with there being a Takeaway under the windows of this property as it may lead to problems in renting etc.
Question: I presume I can object to the Planning Notice (it's only just gone up) but will I be able to stop a Takeaway moving in?
