Hi. We have a reletively big back garden close to Cork city centre. There is room for at least one site. There are access issues however. How would posters recommend we explore the possibility of getting planning for this site? Should we contact a planning consultant to assess the site and access possibilities? Or, should we go to the planning office and discuss with a planner? Thank you.
