Is anyone watching this series? in last weeks' on caves, I found the background music particularly appealing - a sort of instrumental with a cry/chant running through it. Does anyone know where i could get hold of a CD of this music?

You can hear a radio mix of some of the soundtrack pieces in the [broken link removed]. But I don't know who that particular music was by.

No, it's not the advert soundtrack. It was the the cave episode theme music.

The sister in law used to work for BBC Sport and they used spend half their time answering sometimes bizarre queries about stuff like background music. Perhaps you should email BBC and ask them?

I've emailed the BBC before with a query about music used in a programme and was amazed at how helpful they were. It'll take them a couple of days to get back to you but if they have the details they'll tell you.
