Ordered hard drive on 21st May from Pixmania.
After 5 days it hadn't arrived so enquired with Pixmania.
They launched an investigation with An Post which was due to be complete on 10th June.
12th June contact Pixmania - investigation not yet complete - Pixmania will mail me when resolved.
16th June - no further comms from them.
I want my money back to enable me to reorder the product from somewhere else.
They wont refund or resend product until investigation complete.
What are my rights ?
How long can this investigation continue where they keep my money for goods not delivered ?
What course of action should/can I take ?
