What are the details of each investment - e.g. charges that apply, funds invested in, term etc.?
Endowment mortgages are, I believe, relatively rare these days - why did you take one rather than a repayment/annuity loan? What are the details of your loan - e.g. original amount, outstanding amount, term, house value, rate etc.? You could be better off switching from an endowment mortgage to an annuity one depending on circumstances. You might want to get independent, professional advice on your situation and questions.
