Hi,

I have a OnePlus device which I sent for repair via OnePlus to an authorized repair center in Poland due to a cracked screen.

The repaired device was returned to me on 9th of Sept and on the 10th Sept I discovered a hairline crack (looks like pressure from putting the screen in place). Shortly after that the screen stopped responding to input. Thinking it was as s/w problem I restarted the phone and it will not boot.

On Sept 10th I raised the issue with OnePlus support and I have been waiting till now to get a response. I am being told that the device went through quality control before leaving the repair center and there was no issues.

I feel like I am going around in circles here trying to get the issue resolved. The repair was not cheap ~200e and now I have a 700e phone which does not work even after sending it for repair!

Does anyone have any suggestions on course of action to take to get the issue resolved?
